Return and Refund

Return Policy and Process

All full-price items (including packaging) may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise must be returned in full. Due to the perishable nature of the merchandise we sell, returned merchandise that is not a quality issue must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags not removed, and in perfect packaging.

We will provide a return address and recommend a suitable shipping method.

Please note

We will receive and process your return request within 10 business days after the return package is shipped.
Although we do our best, we cannot guarantee a direct exchange due to limited stock.
If you are returning part of a set, the refund amount will reflect the set price of the item, not the standard full price of the item.
If you are returning an item purchased with a discount code, the refund amount will reflect the corresponding discounted price of the item, not the standard full price of the item.
Damaged returns and returns made without prior authorization will be refunded to the sender.


Please note that returned orders may take up to 21 business days for funds to be returned to your original method of payment as the following steps need to be followed:

1 - Time required to ship back to the warehouse
2 - Processing and checking for refund approval
3 - Authorize finance to issue refund
4 - Once the refund is processed by Finance, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to be returned to your payment method.

If your refund is not processed within 21 business days, please send the tracking number of the returned package to service@tinygrain.shop so we can investigate further.
